Summary
Jane Seymour stars as Dr. Michaela Quinn in this
popular television series about a woman who arrives at the town of Colorado Springs, only to
discover that the townsfolk have been expecting a Dr. Michael Quinn. The young physician is
determined to prove herself in her medical practice. She finds a friend in
Charlotte Cooper, head of a local boarding house, and a rough mountain man named
Byron Sully (Joe Lando). When Charlotte is bitten by a deadly rattle snake, she asks Dr. Quinn
to look after her three children. The doctor then begins a new life in the town, caring for
three children, starting her practice and finding herself falling in love with Byron.
