Summary
Set in the Caribbean Sea in the 17th century, this swashbuckler stars Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, a pirate who embarks on a dangerous mission to stop a ship of dangerous pirates attempting to reverse an ancient curse. Sparrow joins forces with Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), whose childhood sweetheart, Elizabeth, who has been kidnapped by the same pirates. Together, they discover that this band of pirates led by the treacherous Captain Blackheart (Geoffrey Rush) have been cursed to live between the living and the dead.
This film is rated PG-13 for action/adventure violence.
