1. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are as follows.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packaged and processed to ship within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment.
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally
takes between 2-4 business days (although the USPS does not guarantee these times). A minority of orders may be shipped
First Class, Parcel Post or Media Rate and shipping times
on these parcels varies from 2-10 business days. Please contact us with any special
requests on shipping (e.g., overnight) prior to placing your order. We try to honor
special requests whenever it is possible. Additional charges may apply for special
requests on shipping.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, we add USPS Delivery Confirmation to all of our shipments to ensure that your order is shipped promptly to
the address you provide us. You will receive an email notification from USPS once your order is shipped and you can track it online at
their website USPS Track and Confirm. Please
save your email from USPS, as USPS, not Eras of Elegance, provides its own tracking numbers.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express), Paypal and bank transfers. Our shopping cart
is secure and hosted by Paypal.
4. How can I return my order?
We accept returns on all orders, except for any special clearance items that are specifically noted as "No Returns." We are happy to
refund you the cost of the item or reship you another one, if you received the wrong item or your
item was damaged in shipment. We regret that we cannot refund original shipping charges. You may be requested to fill out a Return Authorization Form when
returning your order, and orders returned without this form may not be processed in an accurate or timely fashion.
5. I have a specific question about an item, or one that is not answered above.
We receive all customer service inquiries via email. Please contact us via our
Contact Form. We are not currently staffed for telephone support, but answer all emails promptly within 1-2 business days.
6. Can you mail me a print catalog of your items?
We do not have a print catalog at this time.
7. Do you sell your products at a volume discount?
We do not have a wholesale division at this time, but are happy to consider requests for volume pricing.
